Manufacturers' defects are covered
under warranty. This does not include water damage,
intentional damage, or general wear and tear (such as
scratches, fading of the gold, etc.). Although certain
watches are water-resistant to a certain degree, we
suggest keeping our watches away from water, chemicals,
or oil when ever possible. Make sure the crown is always
screwed in tight so moisture does not get in.
First of all, before sending any returns back to us,
you MUST email us with a complete description of the
problem or defect, and YOU MUST INCLUDE PICTURES.
We photo-log each watch, individually, (FRONT/BACK/SIDE)
before packaging it. Furthermore, we photo-log the packaged
item with the recipient info, destination, and tracking
number visible on it before it is sent out.
Secondly, if we approve the reason for your return,
you must email us with a tracking number after your
product has been sent out. When we pick up the returns,
we will be looking for your tracking number. Packages
without tracking numbers emailed to us in advance will
be returned to the customer.
Although the gold plating, rhodium plating, silver plating,
or platinum-like metallic finishes on our watches are
very thick, we cannot determine how you will wear the
watch. Therefore any kind of plating for enhanced appearance
is not covered by the warranty. Watches cannot be tampered
with in any way. All watchcases are installed with a
tamper-proof seal. If you open up the watchcase and
the seal is broken, all return policies are void for
the watch. Please do not have any other jewelers work
on the watch or open it up. If you do so, the consulted
watchmaker or jeweler will be liable to replace or repair
any malfunctioning parts; FULLY AT YOUR EXPENSE!
Sometimes these repairs are cheaper than shipping the
watch back to us… Do so at your own risk!!!
If your product cannot be repaired BY us, we will send
you a replacement of the exact same model. If that model
is out of stock, then we reserve the right to choose
another product; which is equal or greater in value
to your original purchase.

shipping damages
Intentional crown/stem damages are not covered. In most
cases, crown/stem damages results from the customer
pulling extremely hard at the stem, thus jamming the
movement. However, if the crown/stem damage is due to
a manufacturers' defect, we will gladly repair/replace
your product.
Allow up to 4 weeks after we receive your returned product
before will get a return tracking number… Allow
an additional 4 weeks after that to receive your item.
(8 weeks total)
ALL returned products are subject to final inspection
before they are repaired or granted permission to be
exchanged.
The product must be post-marked no later than 7 business
days from the day you received it.

condition you received it in, with all original packaging

cannot be credited back to your card or exchanged for
a new product. By wearing the product, Taking off the
plastic for the first time, our refund policy is void
The returned product is subject to final inspection
before your refund request is processed. Any shipping
costs, a 5% non-refundable credit card charge, and,
(or) a 15% restocking fee may be deducted from the credit-return
amount. (These combined fees may not exceed $55.00 USD)
This covers our administrative expenses for handling
your refund request. Since you are made fully aware
of this policy before your purchase, you must agree
to these terms, or decline to proceed with checkout.
